On Monday, May 15, the Ordinary General Assembly of SBC Greece took place, hosted by ALUMIL at its headquarters. A large number of members participated in the General Assembly and it was prefaced by Dr. Evangelos Lyroudias, Alumil Advisor and former president of the Panhellenic Union of Architects.
At the inauguration of the General Assembly, the new Board of Directors of SBC Greece was elected, which met as a body as follows:
- President: Alex Athanassoulas, STIRIXIS Group
- Vice President: Dimitris Managoudis, ICON Group
- Secretary General: Spyros Konstandakis, AK PRAXIS
- Treasurer: Alexandros Archontides, Olympia Odos
- Member: Pantelis Levantis, Ecoveritas
The President, Alexandros Athanassoulas, stated:
“I am very honored to be re-elected to lead such an outstanding team and such an important effort Nationally and Internationally. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has worked and supported our common goal in the past, and especially the Board of Directors. Last year, successfully brought us closer to our goals, with a major footprint annual conference but above all creating a much larger, active and dynamic membership group, with important supporters and annual sponsors such as DAIKIN, Schneider Electric and Signify. In the coming years, the pressure but also the opportunities for sustainable development will increase with new programs, new funding, new solutions. I am sure that the Greek construction ecosystem will seize the opportunity and create new standards tomorrow. Both the Board and SBC Greece as a whole will support the relevant actions in every way”
